Frankfurt-Hahn Airport (HHN) is a small regional airport in the far west of Germany. It is close to Trier and Luxemburg and pretty far from Frankfurt am Main. It is Germany’s fourth-largest freight airport and popular with really low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Wizz Air.
Hahn Airport has modern facilities, a few airport hotels, car-rental agencies, reasonably-priced long-term airport parking, and buses to several towns. It is not terribly conveniently located for foreign visitors to Frankfurt.
